All my items are designed, created and packaged by one pair of hands, in Iceland. All items are handmade to order, using top quality, super soft and stretchy fabric, which is ideal for busy toddlers and gentle on delicate baby skin. General terms

Do to the handmade nature of my items, I do not accept refunds, only exchanges for sizing reasons.
No refunds on embroidered items, seasonal items, ready to ship items. No refunds on shipping fees, buyer must pay return shipping and obtain a tracking number and send to me. Cornelli Kids is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping process or late delivery of item due to issues with the shipping carrier. I refund the money only when I receive the item back, therefore I strongly recommend that You return your goods to me by REGISTERED AIR MAIL.
